Our Westville Cottage is a real life replica of a home we spotted in the little hamlet of Westville, New York. Designed in the style of "Carpenter Gothic," the house features long pointed gables with elaborate trim around the porch, balconies and roof.There are four large rooms as well as two bay windows and two balconies.

Completed as shown you will fully capture the look of that"little house by the side of the road" for your trip down memory lane. A true classic.

The all-wood dollhouse goes together with tab and slot construction that requires only glue to complete assembly. Unpainted and unfinished, you can decorate, paint, wallpaper, and furnish this heirloom-to-be with your own personal taste and style.  Please note that shingles and siding are not included.
