Look Familiar? You've probably seen this house in real life someplace in your travels.

Our Westville Cottage is a real life replica of a home we spotted in the little hamlet of Westville, New York. Designed in the style of "Carpenter Gothic," the house features long pointed gables with elaborate trim around the porch, balconies and roof. There are four large rooms as well as two bay windows and two balconies.

Completed as shown you will fully capture the look of that"little house by the side of the road" for your trip down memory lane. A true classic.

The all-wood dollhouse goes together with tab and slot construction that requires only glue to complete assembly. Unpainted and unfinished, you can decorate, paint, wallpaper, and furnish this heirloom-to-be with your own personal taste and style.  Please note that shingles and siding are not included.

This is my first attempt at building a dollhouse. I'm having a great time. At first, it was overwhelming, but when you spend some time assembling, it is fun. Great kit.

I built this house recently for a customer as shown on the box (Okay I added some extras) But I must say I am very impressed with the size and beauty of this house. You get so much for the price too (Siding & shingles and wonderful windows). Thank You Greenleaf for the wonderful product and GREAT price

This is probably the only kit I've built "as it comes", as a lady wished to buy it as it looked on the box. This is a very easy-to-build dollhouse with lovely lines. The stairway and the two bays add a lot of interest to this cutie!
