Description
This unique turn of the century Victorian cottage features ornate trim, fixed double-hung style windows, octagon shaped dormer windows, and a bay window. Each floor has a divider wall that can be placed where you choose or left out completely for larger rooms. The detailed trim and decorative front porch add to its charming authenticity.
The all-wood dollhouse goes together with tab and slot construction that requires only glue to complete assembly. Shingles are included. Unpainted and unfinished, you can decorate, paint, wallpaper, and furnish this heirloom-to-be with your own personal taste and style.

Great house!
I have built at least two Orchids. I love the kit. Like all have said it is easy to build and you can do so many things with it. I also like the idea that you can turn it many ways for decorating. I have only ONE big house, and all the others (4) are Greenleaf as they are much easier to place about the house and you can do so much with them. GREAT HOUSE

This is my sixth Orchid kit!
I have built many of your products. I find them fun. They adapt to most themes and you can use very old (I like Shakman Furniture) because it is on the small scale. I have built at least 5 of these and I have one in the box I just purchased. It is one of my favorites. Thanks for continued building of these houses as they are very very charming.

Fabulous little house!
This is a fabulous little house! It went together so easily and is adaptable to any theme you want to give it. Adding all the trim just gave it that much more dimension, but of course if you don't like trim, leave it off . . . no one would know!
