Description
This unique turn of the century Victorian cottage features ornate trim, fixed double-hung style windows, octagon shaped dormer windows, and a bay window. Each floor has a divider wall that can be placed where you choose or left out completely for larger rooms. The detailed trim and decorative front porch add to its charming authenticity.
The all-wood dollhouse goes together with tab and slot construction that requires only glue to complete assembly. Shingles are included. Unpainted and unfinished, you can decorate, paint, wallpaper, and furnish this heirloom-to-be with your own personal taste and style.

Perfect house.

Sweet house for the new builder.
This house was really sweet for a new builder. It's easy to handle. Unlike larger houses, it was easy to turn it upside down and sideways to do the wiring, papering, painting, whatever! There are so many ways it can be interpreted, that I'm sure I could build several more and not get bored!

Fun and easy to decorate.
I have built several of these and they are fantastic. It is easy to build. Fun and to decorate as you can turn it from side to side and that helps. It can be done plain or REALLY VICTORIAN and there are no limits as to how you can finish it off. I know. thanks for all the homes in your line.
