The Sugarplum Dollhouse Kit is a cozy one-inch-scale cottage centered around a generous great room and full attic. Two fireplaces, a bay window, front porch with matching settles, chimney, window box, and exterior half-timber trim give this small house a remarkable amount of character.

Six pieces of furniture are included: two double settles, a table, a full bed, a bench, and a corner hutch. Silk-screened plastic windows, cardboard trim, and included wood shingles help complete the cottage setting.

Manufactured from unfinished wood using Greenleaf's traditional tab-and-slot assembly system, the Sugarplum is a manageable and rewarding project with plenty of room for imaginative finishing.
