Very versatile house.
This is the perfect house for everything from a 19th Century farmhouse/ FL "Cracker" house to an ultra-modern bachelor pad. The generously sized rooms can be bashed into more rooms, if you wish, and the possibilities with this house for decorating and finishing are limited only by the builder's imagination & resources.

Great for a child or adult collector.
This is one of the most elegantly designed kits I have built to date. I love the layout, especially the stairs, and the rooms are quite large, could even be divided into extra rooms easily. There are a number of architectural features to add interest, and this kit can be finished in a number of different ways. This house works well whether for a child to play with or an adult collector to show off artisan pieces.
