This unique turn of the century Victorian cottage features ornate trim, fixed double-hung style windows, octagon shaped dormer windows, and a bay window. Each floor has a divider wall that can be placed where you choose or left out completely for larger rooms. The detailed trim and decorative front porch add to its charming authenticity.

The all-wood dollhouse goes together with tab and slot construction that requires only glue to complete assembly. Shingles are included. Unpainted and unfinished, you can decorate, paint, wallpaper, and furnish this heirloom-to-be with your own personal taste and style.

The Orchid is such a lovely little house. It was my first kit ever and it was so easy to build! It looks even prettier in real than on the box, it's a little jewel! :)

I have ONE big dollhouse, and have about 6 of the smaller Greenleaf/Corona ones. And everybody enjoys looking at the smaller ones. I have built many of your products. I find them fun. They adapt to most themes and you can use very old (I like Shakman Furniture) because it is on the small scale. I have built at least 5 of these and I have one in the box I just purchased. It is one of my favorites. Thanks for continued building of these houses as they are very very charming.
