Great little kit -- Easy to build and versatile. Great for a shop, cottage or tearoom.

This little house is perfect for a beginner. Because of its size it's not too overwhelming. However, it's also perfect for a more advanced builder because it's so easy to bash!

I LOVE the versatility of all of the Greenleaf kits and this one is no exception! This is a GREAT kit for a beginner or an advanced builder! This house would make a excellent cottage or store for a little girl or a wonderful Collectors piece for an adult because you can jazz it up and edit the house to become ANYTHING your imagination will take you.

This little house is perfect for a beginner and has so much charm. I have 2 of these and I had so much fun building them. one of them my 12 yr old daughter decorated.
