What will my credit card statement show?
Please note that your credit card statement will show "Greenleaf" as the vendor for this transaction.
Do you accept Cash, Checks, and Money Orders?
Yes, we accept Cash, Checks, and Money Orders. We also accept cash payments. All orders must be entered through our secure ordering system. We must receive a copy of the order and the payment within 5 business days after the order is placed.
What are the Shipping and Handling Fees?
The Shipping and Handling fees are calculated prior to completing your order. It is based the shipping address, the shipping method, and the dollar amount of the order. The shipping and handling fees do not just include postage, but includes the cost for packaging, labels, etc, and the cost to fill the order. By completing the order, you accept the shipping and handling fees.
After entering all of my billing and shipping information, I get an "AVS Error Message". What does this mean?
AVS Error Message stands for Address Verification System. This means there is a discrepancy in the information that you entered into our "billing information" and the way that your credit card is actually billed. This information must match your credit card billing information exactly, or your transaction will not go through. (This is for YOUR protection, as well as ours.)
